What is the best position to meditate in?

The best position is the most comfy position. The only requirement is that you are sitting upright with your back supported and your head and neck free from resting against anything.

Your hands and legs can be crossed or stretched out. It’s really up to you. If you feel uncomfortable at anytime during a session, simply move to get comfy again.

We don’t recommend you practice this technique laying down.
