Choosing Wonder Over Worry…1 min read

We choose our thoughts. 

Which then creates an emotion from which we start to act. 

All this ultimately creates the results in our lives. 

I think that this is oh-so-very freeing. 

WE GET TO CHOOSE WONDER OVER WORRY. 

Truly we do. Because you see, anything that happens to us is not inherently a “good” or “bad” thing. It’s what we think about the circumstance (which is neutral) that causes the mind drama that has us spinning into a negative loop. 

With that in mind, ask yourself: 

“What thoughts am I choosing on a moment to moment basis?” 

“Is this a thought that serves me or harms me?”

Choose lovingly. Choose wisely.
