A quiet mind is able to hear intuition over fear1 min read

So much of what we’re hearing and seeing right now feels upside down and scary.

But at the same time, it feels like the world is cracking open to the possibilities of new ways of being.

I believe there are opportunities for growth and connection in times of crisis.

Many are waking up to the fact that many current systems and structures are either not working anymore…or never really worked to begin with.

So much of what’s been going on is not okay, and in those shadows a light of awareness is now shining upon so much of it.

And sometimes it’s easy to feel powerless to change anything.

But the truth of the matter is that we do have the power to create change.

Every action you take, even the ones you think are small ones, impacts the greater whole.

You are so powerful, do you know this?

It’s hard to recognize our power with a cluttered and chaotic mind.

We can begin with stillness.

Because a quiet mind is able to hear intuition over fear.

And when we are attuned to what we need, to what other needs, we can take inspired action.

Not fear-based, reactive action.

But wisdom-based, loving action.

Setting aside time to clear our minds once a day creates a ritual that becomes second nature over time.

Our minds will begin to settle with less effort the more we practice.

Ultimately, the practice of clearing our minds allows us to be increasingly more open…

…so that we can perceive the world as the fresh offering it is, free of yesterday’s mental clutter.

Sending love to you all. May we all continue reclaiming our power.

With love and gratitude,
